Article 86 : Annulation du concours

L’annulation du concours s’effectue conformément aux dispositions de l’article 48 du présent décret. En cas d’annulation du concours, le maître d’ouvrage attribue les primes prévues par le programme du concours aux concurrents les mieux classés. Section III. – Procédure négociée

The competition shall be cancelled in accordance with the provisions of Article 48 of this Decree. If the competition is cancelled, the project owner shall award the prizes provided for in the competition programme to the top-ranked competitors.
