Article 67 : Programme du concours

Le programme du concours indique les besoins auxquels doit répondre le projet et fixe la consistance prévisionnelle de la prestation et le budget prévisionnel maximum prévu pour l’exécution de cette prestation. Il indique, également, les éléments suivants: – l’énoncé de l’objectif recherché par le concours et l’exposé des aspects principaux à considérer, notamment les aspects techniques, fonctionnels, esthétiques et financiers ; – une définition des composantes du projet et de sa consistance. Le programme du concours prévoit l’allocation de primes et le nombre de projets à primer, dans la limite de cinq projets les mieux classés parmi les projets retenus. Il fixe, également, les montants de ces primes. Le montant de la prime allouée au titulaire du marché objet du concours est déduit des sommes qui lui sont dues au titre de ce marché.

Official English translation

The competition programme shall identify the needs to be met by the project and set out the estimated consistency of the service and the maximum estimated budget for its execution. The programme shall also indicate the following : –A statement of the objective sought by the competition and an outline of the main aspects to be taken into account, especially the technical, functional, aesthetic and financial aspects ; –A definition of the project's components and consistency. The competition programme provides for the allocation of premiums and the number of projects to be awarded premiums, up to a limit of five projects, the top-ranked among the shortlisted projects. It also sets the amounts of these premiums. The amount of the premium awarded to the holder of the contract which is the subject of the competition is deducted from the sums due to him under this contract.
