Article 55 : Commission d’appel d’offres avec présélection
La composition de la commission d’appel d’offres avec présélection est fixée conformément aux dispositions de l’article 38 du présent décret.

Pre-selection tendering commission The composition of the pre-selection tendering commission shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of article 38 of this decree.
