Décret n° 2-22-431 du 15 chaabane 1444 (8 mars 2023) relatif aux marchés publics

Article 169 : Entrée en vigueur

Le présent décret entre en vigueur le premier jour du sixième mois qui suit la date de sa publication au Bulletin officiel et abroge, à compter de la même date, le décret n° 2-12-349 du 8 joumada I 1434 (20 mars 2013) relatif aux marchés publics, tel qu’il a été modifié et complété.

Official English translation

This Decree shall enter into force on the first day of the sixth month following the date of its publication in the Official bulletin and repeals, as of the same date, the Decree No. 2-12-349 of 8 Jumada I 1434 (20 March 2013) on public procurement, as it was amended and supplemented.
