Measures in favour of very small, small and medium-sized enterprises, cooperatives, cooperative unions and self-employed entrepreneurs. The project owner is required to: –Set aside a percentage of thirty per cent (30%) of the estimated value of the contracts that he intends to award, for each budget year, to very small, small and medium-sized enterprises established in Morocco, including young innovative companies, cooperatives, cooperative unions and self-employed entrepreneurs; –Publish, at the beginning of each budget year, on the public procurement portal, a list showing the number of public contracts awarded, in respect of the previous budget year, to very small, small and medium-sized enterprises established in Morocco, including young innovative companies, cooperatives, cooperative unions and self-employed entrepreneurs and their global amount.
