Article 121 : Conditions requises des architectes
Les dispositions de l’article 99 du présent décret s’appliquent aux conditions requises des architectes pour participer au concours architectural.

The provisions of article 99 of this decree shall apply to the conditions required from architects in order to participate in the architectural competition.
