Article 115 : Principes et modalités du concours

architectural 1 – Le concours architectural est une procédure permettant au maître d’ouvrage, après proposition du jury de concours, de choisir la conception d’un projet et de confier à son auteur le suivi et le contrôle de son exécution. 2 – Le concours architectural est organisé sur la base d’un programme établi par le maître d’ouvrage. 3 – Le concours architectural comporte un appel public à la concurrence. Tout architecte désirant y participer peut déposer un projet. 4 – Les projets proposés par les architectes sont examinés et classés par le jury du concours. 5 – Bénéficient de primes les seuls architectes dont les projets sont classés les premiers par le jury du concours, y compris l’attributaire du contrat, conformément aux dispositions de l’article 128 du présent décret. 6 – Le concours comporte l’ouverture des plis en séance publique.

1 –The architectural competition is a procedure that enables the project owner to choose, after receiving a proposal from the competition jury, the design for a project and to entrust its author with the monitoring and control of its execution. 2 –The architectural competition is organised on the basis of a programme drawn up by the project owner. 3 –The competition includes a public call for competition. Any architect wishing to take part may submit a project. 4 –The projects submitted by the architects are examined and ranked by the competition jury. 5 –In accordance with the provisions of article 128 of this decree, only architects whose projects are ranked first by the competition jury, including the holder of the contract, are eligible for bonuses. 6 –The competition shall include the opening of bids in a public session.
