Article 129 : Concours architectural infructueux

Le jury déclare le concours infructueux dans l’un des cas suivants: a) si aucune offre n’a été présentée ou déposée ; b) si aucun architecte n’a été retenu à l’issue de la phase d’évaluation des projets ; c) si aucun architecte n’est admis à l’issue de l’évaluation de l’estimation sommaire hors taxes du coût global du projet ; d) si aucune offre n’a été retenue à l’issue de l’examen des dossiers administratifs. La déclaration du concours architectural infructueux ne justifie pas le recours à la consultation architecturale négociée.

Official English translation

The jury shall declare the competition unsuccessful in one of the following cases: a) If no tender has been submitted or lodged ; b) if no architect has been selected at the end of the project evaluation phase; c) if no architect has been admitted following the evaluation of the rough estimate, excluding taxes, of the overall cost of the project; d) if no tender has been accepted following examination of the administrative files. If an architectural competition is declared unsuccessful, this does not justify recourse to the negotiated architectural consultation.
