Article 127 : Ouverture des plis contenant les

propositions financières en séance publique 1 – La séance publique est reprise à la date et à l’heure fixées conformément aux dispositions du paragraphe 9 de l’article 126 ci–dessus. 2 – Le président donne lecture de la liste des architectes dont les projets sont admis, sans faire connaître les motifs d’élimination des architectes dont les projets sont écartés. Le président rend, contre décharge, aux architectes écartés présents leurs dossiers, à l’exception des documents ayant été à l’origine de leur écartement. 3 – Le président ouvre, ensuite, les plis des architectes admis portant la mention « proposition financière » et annonce, à haute voix, les pièces contenues dans chaque pli, l’identité de l’architecte et le taux d’honoraires mentionné dans son acte d’engagement. Les membres du jury paraphent les actes d’engagement portant la proposition du taux d’honoraires. Cette formalité accomplie, la séance publique prend fin. Le public et les architectes concurrents se retirent de la salle.

1 –The public session is resumed on the date and at the time set in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 9 of article 126 above. 2 –The president reads the list of architects whose projects have been accepted, without giving the reasons for the elimination of architects whose projects have been rejected. The president returns, against receipt, to the unsuccessful architects, their files, with the exception of the documents which were the cause of their elimination. 3 –The president then opens the envelopes of the admitted architects marked « financial proposal » and announces, out loud, the documents contained in each envelope, the identity of the architect and the rate of fees mentioned in his act of commitment. The members of the jury initial the acts of commitment containing the proposed fee rate.
